I began my meditation journey when I became tired of the overwhelm in my life and decided there had to be something I could do about it. Little did I know that this meditation practice would transform my life and many others in the process. I have dedicated the years since to creating accessible ways for people to start practicing meditation. Coaching and supporting others to look inward and discover the miraculous benefits of meditation has become a lifelong passion of mine. I look forward to meeting you and sharing more on our challenge! 

At a time in my life where I was juggling many things at once, the suffocating feeling of overwhelm was always just around the corner, I knew I had to do something about it. I felt I had to be proactive and meditation seemed a counterintuitive approach to a person who was stuck in "doing mode". Turns out letting go and creating more space for being was the solution after all, and much much more. 

The practice of stillness was so difficult at first and it was hard to see the point, I was resisting change. Then, after staying committed to myself and the practice, I began to notice profound shifts in my life. 

I found it difficult to believe it could be so simple - that meditation, sitting still and noticing my thoughts and focusing on my breath, could have such a meaningful and lasting impact on my life. Six years and counting, I am a believer now!!
